The key is that your future roommate has their own private space and can use the necessary areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom. <br><strong>Not sure yet if your living space is suitable?<\/strong>  Please feel free to contact us. We\u2019ll work with you\u2014with no obligation\u2014to see if participation in the project is a possibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good Reasons for a Housing Partnership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making Good Use of Available Living Space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience more social interaction and connection in everyday life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get Support in Your Daily Life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making affordable housing possible and making a difference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive personalized and secure support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As unique as your everyday life<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You decide for yourself which model is right for you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Housing in Exchange for Assistance<\/strong><br>You provide housing rent-free or at a significantly reduced rate and, in return, receive assistance with daily living. As a general guideline, approximately one hour of assistance per square meter of living space per month can be agreed upon. Utility costs are covered in all cases.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Affordable Housing Without Financial Assistance<\/strong><br>Perhaps you\u2019d simply like to put a spare room to good use and provide a young person with affordable housing. It\u2019s also possible to rent out a room at an affordable rate without any financial assistance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kind of support is available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What&#8217;s helpful in everyday life can vary greatly. Possible examples include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shopping or running small errands,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Household assistance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gardening,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help with smartphones, computers, or other digital devices,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with daily errands,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shared activities or companionship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which tasks are actually performed is agreed upon on an individual basis between the roommates.<br><strong>Nursing care, as well as medical or intimate tasks, are expressly excluded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You decide who moves in with you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a very personal decision. That\u2019s why our focus isn\u2019t on speed, but on getting to know one another.<br>Your preferences and boundaries are taken into account from the very beginning. Afterward, take your time to make your decision. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You decide if it&#8217;s a good fit<\/strong><br>. If it&#8217;s not a good fit for one party, that&#8217;s perfectly fine.
